ExportChat Pro is a one-time digital purchase for the 1.x product line.

How to request help or a refund

Contact testadortiger@gmail.com using the email associated with the purchase. Include a short explanation of the issue. Never send card numbers or security codes.

Applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedy right, that right applies.

Technical activation problems

If payment succeeded but Pro access is not available, contact support so we can first verify the purchase/entitlement path. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, the available remedy will be handled consistently with applicable law and the payment status.

Payment processor

Payments and approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Bank posting times after a refund may vary by issuer.
