What to include

ExportChat version shown in Chrome;
Chrome/Chromium version;
whether you are using Free or Pro;
a concise description of what you expected and what happened;
sanitized diagnostics only if you choose to generate/share them.

Please protect your privacy. Do not send WhatsApp cookies, session tokens, card data, passwords, or full confidential conversations. If a screenshot is necessary, redact unrelated personal information.

Pro activation

Use the same email address used at checkout. Sign-in links expire and are single-use. If a link expires, request a new one from ExportChat.

Payments and refunds

Card payment is handled by Stripe. For a refund request or purchase-access problem, contact support with the purchase email and a brief description. Do not send card numbers.
