1. Product
ExportChat is a browser extension that helps users export and organize content they select in WhatsApp Web. ExportChat is independent from WhatsApp and Meta.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to access, process and export the content you select and for complying with applicable law, confidentiality duties, court rules, workplace policies, and third-party rights.
3. Free and Pro
The Free plan has current commercial caps of 7 days, 250 selected messages and 20 media items per export. ExportChat Pro 1.x removes those Free commercial caps and unlocks Pro capabilities described in the product at the time of purchase.
4. One-time purchase
ExportChat Pro is currently sold as a one-time purchase for the 1.x product line, not as a subscription. The license supports up to three concurrent active sessions/installations under the current policy. Future major product lines are not promised as part of the 1.x purchase.
5. Third-party dependency
ExportChat relies on WhatsApp Web, Chrome/Chromium and other third-party platforms. Those services can change independently. We may need to update ExportChat to restore compatibility after third-party changes.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ExportChat to unlawfully access accounts or data, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or violate applicable rights or law.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the product functional but do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future third-party change, device, account configuration or media format.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The final price and currency are shown at checkout before payment.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
